Truffle-Mayo Roast Beef Sandwich
A Truffle-Mayo Roast Beef Sandwich is a flavorful twist on a classic roast beef sandwich, featuring tender slices of roast beef paired with creamy truffle-infused mayo. The truffle mayo adds a deep, earthy richness that enhances the savory meat, creating a bold and satisfying bite.
It’s typically served on crusty bread or a soft roll, sometimes with extras like arugula, caramelized onions, or Swiss cheese to add texture and flavor. This sandwich is perfect for anyone who loves a little extra depth in their meals without a lot of effort.

Ingredients
- baguette
- slices of medium-rare roast beef
- arugula
- mayonnaise
- white truffle oil
- shaved parmesan
- pine nuts
- Salt
- Black crushed pepper
Variations
There are plenty of ways to put your Truffle-mayo Roast Beef Sandwich like your own.
- Cheese Upgrade. Swiss or blue cheese melts beautifully into the beef for extra richness.
- Spicy Twist. I love a little kick on my sandwich. Mixing a little siracha or horseradish into the truffle mayo gives it that bold and fiery kick that I needed.
- Bread swap. There was this one time, and I was out of baguette and only a soft brioche bun was all I had. I did some experiments and it completely changed the sandwich experience.

- Use high-quality roast beef. I used pre-packed roast beef once, and it just wasn’t the same. Freshly sliced from a butcher or deli makes it more tender and flavorful.
- Toast the bread for extra crunch. I skipped this step before and the truffle mayo soaked right through. Lightly roasting it adds a nice crunch and keeps everything together.

What to serve with Truffle-Mayo Roast Beef Sandwich
Serve it with crispy, sweet potato fries or truffle fries or a side of kettle chips for a satisfying crunch. For a lighter option, pair it with a fresh mixed greens salad dressed in a simple vinaigrette or a tangy coleslaw to cut through the richness of the truffle mayo. Even a handful air-fried Brussels sprouts work well for a mix of crunch and flavor.
A cup of warm, creamy tomato soup would also make for a comforting and classic pairing.
