Cooking Frozen Burger on a Blackstone

Cooking frozen burgers on the Blackstone Griddle couldn’t be easier! You don’t even need to thaw the burgers first, either!

BUT…

There is a trick to making sure the burgers are JUICY and not dried out…and that’s a DOME for the Blackstone. Basically, the dome allows you to steam the frozen burgers, which speeds up the thawing process.

You can cook frozen burgers on a grill or griddle without one, but you might not guarantee that they will come out juicy. You may overcook them while trying to get them up to temperature.
