  • 4 frozen burgers
  • ¼ teaspoon Montreal Seasoning
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • Optional toppings

  • Preheat Blackstone to medium. Add the frozen burgers to the blackstone griddle. Cover the burgers with a dome or if you have a lid on your Blackstone, place it down.
  • Cook for 6-7 minutes until the burgers are thawed.
  • Remove the dome. Sprinkle with Montreal seasoning.
  • Flip the burgers over and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.
  • Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the burgers reach an internal temperature of at least 160F.
