Why You’ll Love Ninja Creami Cherry Cheesecake Ice Cream
I was skeptical about making homemade ice cream with just a few ingredients, but this recipe is insane. It’s unbelievably creamy and so easy to do with Ninja Creami.
- Simple Ingredients – Just three main ingredients plus an optional crunchy topping!
- High-Protein – Thanks to Fairlife milk, this ice cream is packed with protein. You can even add a scoop of unflavored protein powder to kick it up a notch. I personally like Fairlife because of all the milk I have tried, this one has 50% added protein, and 30 % calcium with less sugar and is lactose-free.
- Customizable – Add fresh cherries, graham crackers, or even a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness. The best part of this recipe is you can make it your own! I prefer adding crushed graham crackers with a drizzle of honey and it is super hit!

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
- ⅔ cup cherry pie filling, separated
- 1 cup 2% Fairlife milk
- Optional graham crackers

Expert Tips
- Give it Time. This recipe takes 18-24 hours to freeze, so I like to make it the night before to enjoy it the next day!
- It’s okay if it is crumbly. If the texture isn’t creamy enough after the first spin, always hit the respin. After plenty of trial and error, I’ve found that adding a splash of milk works best for achieving that perfect scoop.
- Customize with Flavors. Through testing different fillings, it’s proven that strawberry pie filling or blueberry pie filling works well as cherry! I promise—the texture will never be compromised!
Tools to make this easy Ninja Creami Cherry Cheesecake Ice Cream
- Ninja Blender – I love my ninja blender. Not only can you use it for the obvious, like smoothies and shakes, but it also works perfectly for making the ice cream base!
- Ninja Creami ice cream maker – I am in love with this Ninja Creami.
- Ninja Creami Pints – I opted for these pints because they were about half the price, but be weary if you need them quickly; it took about three weeks to get here. They did have some prime options for other pint containers, but I was being thrifty.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use a different type of milk?
Yes! Fairlife milk is high in protein and low in sugar, but you can use almond milk, oat milk, or regular dairy milk. Keep in mind that the texture may vary.
What if my ice cream is too crumbly?
Just add 1-2 Tbsp of milk and run another spin cycle in the Ninja Creami for a smooth, creamy texture.
Can I make this dairy-free?
You can try using a dairy-free milk alternative, but since Fairlife has a higher protein content, the results might not be as thick and creamy.
