Ingredients
- Grass-Fed Ribeye steaks
- Uncured Bacon
- Seasonings: kosher salt, ground black pepper

Tips & Tricks
Since these are slightly smaller than I typically use for air frying, I did not pre-heat the air fryer. In my normal air fryer ribeye recipe I use a 1# ribeye and it is pre-heated and cooked for 12 minutes total.
But if you are using thick cut bacon, you should be okay to pre-heat the air fryer. But if you use normal or uncured bacon, skip the pre-heating step or you might have burnt bacon and rare meat.
Or if you’re using thick ribeyes, you can pre-heat the air fryer.
Tools to make this easy recipe
The Cosori Air Fryer is a great air fryer because of the big basket. It’s perfect for a variety of recipes.

How to make Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Steak
- First, let the rib eyes come to room temperature. Then, salt and pepper the steak. Stretch out the pieces of bacon to make them easier to wrap the steak.
- Then take one piece of bacon and wrap it around the steak. Next, take another piece of bacon and tuck one end under the first piece and wrap it around the steak. Repeat with the third piece of bacon and tuck the end into the bacon to secure it. Repeat with the other and bacon strips.
- Place the steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 7 minutes, flip the steak over and cook for an additional 6 minutes. This will result in a medium-rare steak.
- Open the air fryer basket and transfer your steak to a plate. Let sit for 5 minutes before eating. Top with butter or desired toppings.

Nutrition
This Study shows that Ribeye cuts from grass-finished bulls contained higher quantities of β-carotene and niacin, and lower quantities of riboflavin compared to grain-finished ribeyes. They were rich sources of vitamin B12 and selenium, and good sources of thiamin, niacin, and vitamin B6. Vitamin C and folic acid were not detectable in ribeyes from grass-finished bulls.

Substitutions
If you don’t have Steak, then you can always substitute it with NY Strip Steaks. Or if you want a pricer option, you can use filet mignon.

- Notes. Since these are slightly smaller ribeyes I did not pre-heat the air fryer. In my normal air fryer ribeye recipe I use a 1# ribeye and it is pre-heated and cooked for 12 minutes total. Since these are smaller and wrapped in bacon I didn’t want to inside of the steaks to get above medium rare and the bacon not to be cooked.
