Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Steak

These Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Steaks come out incredibly juicy! Simple ingredients and deliciously tender!

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ribeyes ~1.5 pounds total
  • 6 pieces of bacon
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Salt and pepper the steak. Stretch out the pieces of bacon to make them easier to wrap the steak.
  • Then take one piece of bacon and wrap it around the steak. Next take another piece of bacon and tuck one end under the first piece and wrap it around the steak. Repeat with the third piece of bacon and tuck the end into the bacon to secure it. Repeat with the other ribeye and bacon strips.
  • Place the steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 7 minutes at 390F, flip the steak over and cook for an additional 6 minutes. This will result in a medium rare steak.
  • Open the air fryer basket and transfer your steak to a plate. Let sit for 5 minutes before eating. Top with butter or desired toppings.
  • Notes. Since these are slightly smaller ribeyes I did not pre-heat the air fryer. In my normal air fryer ribeye recipe I use a 1# ribeye and it is pre-heated and cooked for 12 minutes total. Since these are smaller and wrapped in bacon I didn’t want to inside of the steaks to get above medium rare and the bacon not to be cooked.

If you have thicker steaks you can pre-heat your air fryer.
