  • 10 whole chicken wings
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

  • Directions
  • Turn Smoker to 225F, and heat for about 15 minutes or until the smoker reaches temperature.
  • Separate the chicken wings into drums and drumettes. Discard the tips.
  • Blot the chicken wings with a paper towel. Sprinkle with seasoning.
  • Grease the grates and add the chicken wings.
  • Insert thermometer and cook for 3 hours, flipping halfway.
  • Remove when the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165F.
