Dalgona Coffee

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp hot water
- 8 oz milk of your choice hot or cold, which ever you prefer
Instructions
- In a small bowl add the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water, and whisk until it gets thick and foamy. With an electric mixer it will take about 3 minutes. If you whisk by hand, it will take about 8-10 minutes.
- Once it is all thick and foamy add it to a glass of milk of your choice.
- Stir until well combined, or you can leave a little foamy layer.
- You can drink this with hot or cold milk.
