Air Fryer Paleo Teriyaki Chicken Thighs is a simple late night dinner. It comes out juicy and delicious! This boneless skinless chicken thighs has only 2 ingredients and cooks in less than 20 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pcs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • ΒΌ cup homemade teriyaki sauce

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken thighs and teriyaki sauce into a large ziplock baggie. Massage the chicken to make sure they are evenly coated.
  • Let marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Next transfer the chicken thighs to the air fryer basket making sure to place them in a single layer.
  • Cook them for 16-18 minutes at 360F flipping halfway. Remove the chicken thighs when they reach an internal temperature of 165F.

Notes

If the chicken is at room temperature when cooking, they will be done closer to the 15/16 minute mark. If they are marinated in the fridge it will be closer to 18 minutes to be fully cooked.
If you have extra thick chicken thighs or you are using bone in chicken thighs, you will need to increase the cooking time to make sure they are fully cooked.
